The Sims 5 Rumors, New Features And Release Date

The Sims followers are getting addicted to this series even from the very start of the installment. This is basically a reality game designed by Electronic Arts Maxis, the one who released the recent installment to the series The Sims 4.

Release Date

So with the success of its recent version, fans are looking forward to the release date of The Sims 5. It was earlier declared by Electronic Arts that the release date would be dependent on the market success of The Sims 4. However, it is to be released no earlier than 2019.

On the basis of historical data though, the least amount of years in which each installment is released would not be lesser than 4. Therefore, the earliest release date that you can think of is within the 4th quarter of 2018. Nevertheless, the fans are getting so excited even as EA has said nothing to confirm this.

New Features

There were speculations brewing before the fifth installment has been announced. Part of them are the new features and the huge improvements to come along with it. You can just see for instance the difference between The Sims 4 and The Sims 3 in terms of map layout and visual style. Needless to say, The Sims 5 should also have at least a bit of a difference with respect to its predecessor.

In the recent version of the game, players are prohibited from riding any vehicle, which is in contrast to its previous releases. Moreover, a drastic change has been made to the map. Well, you can just wish that the neighborhood style layout will return, which would include the use of bicycles and cars.

The Sims 5 Rumors

Another recent speculation is that The Sims 5 would already be virtual reality-ready. Nonetheless, it remains to be confirmed by Electronic Arts in order to make it official. Anyway, this idea alone can be a thrilling experience for the fans now that rumors about the game would include such features.

It can be recalled that The Sims franchise has long allowed players to live the lives that they intended to, so getting creative or taking it a level higher should be expected.

What’s Coming for The Sims 5

There are features that fans for this game are expecting to see in the coming fifth installment.

Adding back the Create a Style option
Introduction of open world or bigger worlds or neighborhood style system
Layering with options to get open or closed shirts
Provides open careers in the game base
Provides open education including high school, which includes university in the update
Adding back the criminals, police, and fire service
Addition of toddlers and family type of play.
Nevertheless, confirmation has yet to be done by EA regarding the upcoming installment The Sims 5. As of the moment, the game publisher has remained silent about the game. This is either proof that EA is working on something or just debating whether to begin working on it or not.

THE SIMS 4 “DOGS AND CATS” EXPANSION PACK LISTED FOR NOVEMBER RELEASE (SPECULATION)

UPDATE:  The listing has been removed just a few hours after this post! I think we all know what this means…  A recognized Slovakia retail website  brloh.sk  has listed  “The Sims 4: Dogs and Cats”  on their website. There is no information about the pack other than the fact that it’s probably an Expansion Pack based on the 39,99€ price. There’s also the release date of the pack, saying that it’s coming out on November 9th, 2017 (November 7th could be the US release).
